HALO HLB 4 inch Recessed LED Ceiling & Shower Disc Light - Canless Ultra Thin Downlight

The Halo HLB Round LED Selectable Series Downlights are complete 4-inch and 6-inch wafer canless recessed lights designed for use in new construction, remodel, and retrofit installation, without needing a housing or j-box. The ultra-slim disc design goes where LED can lights can't. With the flick of a switch, users can choose between 5 color temperatures ranging from warm (2700K) to daylight (5000K) prior to installing the fixture into the ceiling. This Halo recessed lighting fixture features an LED driver that offers 120-Volt dimming capability.

The HLB LED recessed lighting lens provides uniform illumination and wet location listing for use in showers and protected ceilings. The Halo HLB LED 4" and 6" MicroEdge Direct Mount Downlight is a recessed LED wafer lighting solution completed with an attractive round Halo matte white finish and textured lens to provide smooth light distribution. The heat-treated springs hold the fixture fitting securely in the ceiling, eliminating light leak, while the die-cast aluminum mounting frame provides passive thermal cooling.

The high-impact diffuse disc lens provides shielding to the light guide, minimizing pixilation. The product is Energy Star certified for energy conservation, and a five-year warranty is included with the purchase.

The Halo HLB Round LED Selectable Series Downlights are available in both 4-inch and 6-inch disc lenses, and the Selectable CCT allows customization to create perfect lighting throughout the home. Users can choose between 5-discrete color temperature settings ranging from warm (2700K) to daylight (5000K). The lights are dimmable down to 5% with continuous flicker-free dimming, and they are available as single, 4-pack, or 6-pack options.

The Direct Mount design does not require a housing or existing J-box, making installation easy. The spring clips firmly secure the recessed LED lights in the ceiling, and the cutout utilizes standard round hole saw sizes with a cutout template provided. The fixtures can be installed in 1/2" to 1-1/4" thick ceilings, and the housing is less than 1⁄2" thick, allowing it to span a 2" nominal framing member. The fixtures can be removed from below the ceiling for service or replacement, and each package comes with 6 fixtures and 6 remote drivers/junction boxes.
